Heartlink Films are proud to bring affordable productions on DVD (Digital Video Disc) to  North Queensland.  We are now recording our productions on DVD discs complete with Dolby Digital sound encoding technology.  The DVD discs we use have twice the clarity of regular VHS tapes and boast an estimated lifespan of 100 years!

 Fortunately for past and present customers all Heartlink productions are recorded and edited 100% in the high resolution Digital Video (DV) format and stored on Digital Video Tape (DVT) for conversion to DVD-R (recordable) discs.

At Heartlink, we keep our digital master tapes for a minimum of five years to give customers the option of upgrading their production to DVD at a later date.  By investing in digital technologies in the image capture and editing stages of production, Heartlink Films have ensured its DVD  image and sound quality will be at its digital best.
